The Deciding Moment

The Last Thing They Check Before They Book

By the time a guest reads your reviews, they’re already interested. Your rating, recent feedback, and how you respond can be the difference between another search and a reservation.

Your Reputation, Actively Managed

Generate More Positive Reviews

Most happy guests would gladly leave a review. We build the ask into the post-stay process so recent, genuine reviews keep arriving.

Review Metrics & Dashboard

Track your reviews and learn what guests praise and complain about most.

Handling Negative Reviews

How You Answer Matters More Than the Rating

A calm, specific, human response turns a complaint into evidence that someone is paying attention, and it reassures far more readers than the review itself ever reached.

What changes when your reputation is managed for hospitality

We manage reputation the way guests actually read it, so your rating, your replies, and your listings all work together to earn the next booking.

Common Questions

Can you remove a bad review?

No, and neither can anyone who promises to. A legitimate review comes down only when it breaks the platform's own rules, and we will report the ones that do. What actually repairs a reputation is answering well and steadily earning new reviews that move the old one down the page.

How do you get more reviews without being pushy?

We ask once, at the moment a guest is happiest, usually right after a good checkout or in the first post-stay email. A well-timed single ask converts far better than repeated reminders, and it never costs you goodwill.

Is it okay to offer guests a discount for leaving a review?

No, Google, TripAdvisor, and Yelp all prohibit incentivized reviews, and enforcement can cost you every review you have collected. We only ask, and we ask at the moment guests are most inclined to say yes.

Who writes the responses?

We do, in your voice, and you approve the approach up front. We draft the reply and send it to you before it is posted.

How quickly do you respond to a new review?

Within one business day for the large majority of reviews. Speed matters most on critical ones, where a fast, thoughtful reply is what future readers actually see.

How do we know it's working?

Your SDG Workspace tracks your rating over time, how many new reviews arrived, how fast you replied, and the themes guests keep raising, so you can see the reputation moving rather than guessing at it.
