Your Email List

The One Audience You Already Own

Every guest relationship can become an audience you can reach again. We help you grow and organize your email list so past guests and interested travelers stay connected to your property.

Email That Fills the Quiet Weeks

Campaigns People Can't Resist Opening

Every campaign is designed in your brand, with the photography and subject line that earn the open and a clear next step waiting.

Nurture Interest Into Bookings

A planned sequence keeps answering their questions until the timing is right.

Automated Welcome Sequences

An automatic welcome series introduces the rooms, the dining, and the reasons to visit.

Email Segmentation

The Right Message to the Right Guest

We divide your list by who people are and what brought them to you, so every send reads like it was written for the person opening it.

What changes when your email marketing strategy is built for hospitality

We build an email program around the way guests plan trips and decide to come back, so your list produces repeat stays.

Common Questions

How often should we email our guests?

For most properties, once or twice a month keeps you familiar without wearing out your welcome, with extra sends around events, seasonal openings, and offers worth knowing about. We set the cadence around how much you genuinely have to say, not around a quota.

How do we grow our email list?

We add sign-up moments where interest is already high: the website, the booking confirmation, wedding and event inquiries, guest Wi-Fi, and checkout. A list grown from real guests performs far better than a purchased one, which we never use.

Do you write and design the emails?

Yes, we write the copy, design the layout in your brand, and build every campaign. You review and approve everything before it sends.

What is a welcome sequence?

A welcome sequence is a short set of emails that goes out automatically after someone joins your list, introducing your property while their interest is highest. It gets set up once, then runs on its own for every new subscriber.

Will emailing more often make people unsubscribe?

Not when the emails are relevant. Unsubscribes climb when everyone gets the same message regardless of why they signed up, which is exactly why we segment your list and send each group only what applies to them.

Do you work with our current email platform?

Yes. We work inside the platform you already use, and if you are starting fresh we will recommend one that fits your list size and your booking system. Your list stays your property either way.

How do we know if email is driving bookings?

Your SDG Workspace shows each campaign's opens, clicks, and the reservations or inquiries that followed, alongside how your list is growing, so you can see what the program is producing without digging for it.
