Discovery

Answer the Question, Earn the Visit

Guests don’t always start by searching for your property. They search for the experience they want. We create useful content around those questions so your property gets discovered.

A guest question about what to do on the lake in October, answered by a published resort article titled A Fall Weekend on the Lake.

Content Built to Bring Guests In

Articles Guests Actually Search For

We research what potential guests in your market are already asking for and write the articles for them.

A list of planned article topics about fall color, family reunions, fishing, and winter, each with the number of people searching for it.

Landing Pages That Do the Selling

We design pages for vacation packages, golf getaways, group retreats, and seasonal offers.

A weddings landing page with a lakeside dinner photo, capacity and lodging details, and a Request Available Dates button.

Press Releases & Announcements

We write the announcement and put it in front of the local press and travel media who cover your market.

A press announcement about a resort opening a new lakeside restaurant, connected to local press, travel media, and newsletter.

Content Ideas, Scheduled Ahead

We provide a shared calendar that maps every article, page, and announcement against your seasons and events.

An editorial calendar with September, October, and November columns holding planned articles, offers, and seasonal announcements.

Compounding Content

Written Once, Working for Years

A good article keeps showing up in search results and keeps sending guests to your website years after it was written.

One article published in 2023, with a chart of its search visits climbing steadily through 2026.

What changes when your content is tailored for hospitality

Anyone can publish blog posts. We write around the way guests research trips and decide where to spend their money.

Common Questions

How often should we publish?

One to two solid pieces a month works for most properties, weighted toward the months before your busy seasons. Consistency matters more than volume, and one genuinely useful article outperforms four written to hit a quota.

Do you use AI to write the content?

We use AI for research and a person who knows your property directs and rewrites every piece before it goes anywhere. Nothing gets published that someone here has not verified and edited, because content nobody checked is exactly what search engines and guests have learned to ignore.

How long before content brings in traffic?

Expect the first movement in two to three months and meaningful traffic by six. Content builds slowly and then keeps paying, which is the opposite of advertising, and it is why we usually recommend running both.

What do you need from us?

Less than you would think. A short conversation with someone who knows the property, access to your photos, and a review of each draft. We handle the research, the writing, and the scheduling.

Do you write landing pages for specific packages and offers?

Yes, weddings, golf outings, group retreats, holiday packages, and seasonal promotions each get their own page, written to answer the questions that come up in your inquiries and make the next step obvious.

Who owns the content you write?

You do. Every article, page, and announcement we write is yours to keep, republish, and use however you want, including if we ever stop working together.
